The main goal is to open up lines of communication between the independent club!
What we aim to do:
Bring all of the Independent Clubs Together:
*Strength in numbers - as a group, communicate about which events different clubs will be attending, communicate which tournaments are best, create new events, work together to promote our players
*Work together to showcase our players to the college coaches
*Invite the College Coaches to see our players as we all attend some of the same events
*Create a .pdf file with all club members, their rosters, players contact info, what tourneys they will be attending and send out to college coaches
*Host events that will help our players (Events will be in accordance to the IWLCA guidelines)
*Create a list of recommended events (such as the IWLCA sponsored events)
*Create Recognition:
Indy All-Star Game, Indy All-Star Teams...
*Member's blog to ask questions to other clubs, begin dialogue about certain issues...
*A link to each team's website will be on the "indy teams" page so you can contact specific clubs

College Recruiting
A .pdf of the IndyLax member clubs, their rosters, player contact information, which tournaments they are attending, etc...will be sent to college coaches
IndyLax players have the option to input their information and resume in a comprehensive database for college coaches use (password protected)
A bi-weekly update will be sent to the college coaches regarding news, awards, upcoming activities or events...
And many more advantages and promotions...
*INDY LAX will post recommended or new quality events - it is up to each club to choose if that event is beneficial for their individual club.
